If you are unable to attend a lesson, you must provide a notice of at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled lesson in order to cancel it without charge. In the event of a “late cancellation,” a make-up lesson can be arranged within the next 14 days. If a make-up lesson cannot be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts or if you decline the offered time, the cancelled lesson will be charged in full. If a student arrives late to a scheduled lesson or is unable to attend the entire duration of the lesson, the lesson will be charged in full as per the selected option of the chosen service.

*For group courses, in order for the cancellation policy to apply, all students must consent to the cancellation of the lesson. In the event that a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, but another student is present in the class, the absent student will be charged in full as per the cancellation policy.
