You can book a lesson by going to the section “Plan a Lesson” or by contacting us.

While booking via the calendar, to pay in Czech Crowns (czk), please select the “Local” payment option – which means “pay in cash.” Upon selecting the option, you will receive an email and an invoice with our bank info of the service you booked. Please transfer the money to the Czech bank account.

To pay in Euro (€) please follow the same process. You will receive an email and an invoice with the info of the service you booked and our bank account. Please transfer the money to the Revolut bank account.

I accept bank transfers as a form of payment. At this time, it is the only payment method that I am able to accommodate. 
For clients in the Czech Republic, I accept payments via Czech bank transfers.
For international clients, I accept bank transfers via Revolut. 

If you are unable to attend a lesson, you must provide a notice of at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled lesson in order to cancel it without charge. In the event of a late cancellation, a make-up lesson can be arranged within the next 14 days. If a make-up lesson cannot be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts or if you decline the offered time, the cancelled lesson will be charged in full. If a student arrives late to a scheduled lesson or is unable to attend the entire duration of the lesson, the lesson will be charged in full as per the selected option outlined above.

*For group courses, in order for the cancellation policy to apply, all students must consent to the cancellation of the lesson. In the event that a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, but another student is present in the class, the absent student will be charged in full as per the cancellation policy.

In the event of mutual agreement between the student and the teacher, it is permissible to arrange for the rescheduling of the lesson. You can plan a rescheduling via the booking calendar in the section Services > Rescheduling or you can contact us.
